Cancellation and refund

Card Payments:

For Online Card Payments we offer Refunds or Store Credit if requested. Returns for items bought at full-price are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Refunds will be issued in original form of payment (Online Card Payment only) and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition.

Please note, Shipping Fees (if applicable) will not be refunded.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

Cash On Delivery (COD):

We do not offer refunds for Cash On Delivery Payments (COD). For Cash on delivery orders you will receive either Store Credit or Exchanges.

NOTE: Store Credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Card Payment On Delivery:

We do not offer refunds for Card Payment On Delivery. For Card Payment On Delivery orders you will receive either Store Credit or Exchanges.
