Return and Exchange

OUR RETURN POLICY:

For India orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within 5 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, foreign odor including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging.

Please note: applicable shipping charges (if any) may be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items 

Due  to  hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear 
  • All Shapewears
  • Underwear/ shorts
  • Accessories - Nipple Pasties or Tapes
  • Bunny Ups
  • Camel Toe & thongs
  • Any product with a broken seal or tampered packaging

    For International orders, item(s) must be returned within 14 days of date shown on the dispatch note.

    International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to info@thehouseofpinks.in and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.

    If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges. In such cases, we will process only store credit after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.

    SALE ITEMS:

    We do not offer refunds for Any Sale Items

    OUR EXCHANGE POLICY:

    For India orders, :-

    We want you to love your silhouette! While we perform strict quality checks on every order, we know accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, don't worry—we’ll make it right.

    Just drop us a note at info@thehouseofpinks.in within one week (7 days) of delivery. Attach a quick photo of the damage so we can keep our quality standards high, and we will send a replacement your way as soon as possible.

    Items must be unworn, unwashed & with all tags & original packaging.

    We provide free collection for the first return or exchange. From second collection onwards, return fee is applicable.

    For International orders, unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. So if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.

    PROCESSING TIME:

    We process all of our returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

    You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 48 hours from the time of your request.

    We do not accept exchanges on below accessories due to sanitary reasons.
